If you are not mortgage ready, they will assist you in their Kill Debt credit program to coach you. This is great for the community and will give people a fair chance to own and learn about down payment assistance or obtain a grant in purchasing their first or second home and receive the professional coaching that this organization has to offer so that client can reach their personal goals.
