In my role as Executive Director, I will bring personal experience which has given
me a unique insight and understanding of the needs of people who were deeply
affected by the financial collapse of 2007 and present and in addition the housing
crisis that is still recovering today.
Through extensive observation and learning while volunteering, and through
research on my own, I have realized the value of consolidating disparate
approaches into one holistic, systematic approach to homeownership, credit,
financial goals assistance; a process that would fill all pervading knowledge with
the necessary education, resources, and support that our communities lacked.
My desire is to become a Community Development Financial Institution one day,
the strategic plan is on the way. As the company continues the on-going
educational workshops for the community.
