Pure Heart R Us’ services are helping low to moderate- and all-income levels of the community. Their programs range from, Job creation, pre-purchase, credit-counseling, financial capability, post- purchase counseling, youth financial education, real estate development, economic development and they also include programs to help those who, though they aspire to be homeowners, have financial challenges they need to meet before they can qualify.

As Pure Hearts R Us is kicking off the new “Wow I’m Home” Program they are looking for more banks, realtors, mortgage lenders and counseling agencies to partner-up to meet its goal of 1,000,000 families and individual(s). We are so excited to purchase our first home through the Pure Hearts R Us “Wow I’m Home Program.” When we first started shopping for a home, we had no idea that we could receive down payment assistance in the amount of $15,000 to use as a down payment. Pure Hearts R Us's team walked us through the entire home-buying process with this workshop and coaching. Now we are in escrow and waiting to close on our home.
